+### USAGE ###
+/hour - get the hour  
+/rt  
+  enable - enable sync with server time  
+  sunrise - set to sunrise  
+  sunset - set to sunset  
+  day - set to midday  
+  night - set to midnight  
+  disable - go back to normal pmmp time  
+  lock - freeze the time
